Nylon 6I, through the introduction of aromatic rings into the basic molecular chain of nylon, so as to achieve the improvement of the heat resistance of nylon resin, low water absorption.

1) High heat resistance

With a high glass transition temperature, high rigidity is maintained even in the high temperature environment of the engine room.



2) Excellent chemical resistance

Demonstrated the best chemical resistance of polyamides.



3) Small size change caused by water absorption

The size change of water absorption belongs to the lowest category of polyamides, more than 50% lower than PA66.

Injection Molding Reference


Injection molding advice and reference(for reference only):

1) Molding equipment

Equipment needs to consider the situation of wear (flame retardant grade is corrosion resistance).

Select a small device with a single injection volume ≥ 10% of the maximum injection capacity.

A standard nozzle will do.

2) Mold:

Also need to consider the selection of wear (flame retardant grade is corrosion resistant) steel.

The exhaust tank is about 10μm.

3) Prepare for drying

After opening, the product that has been exposed to air (has absorbed water) must be redried.

Dehumidifying dryer: The temperature is 100ºC,2~6h

4) Standard molding conditions

Barrel temperature:

NH 320 (315~335)

C3 320 (320~335)

C2 320 (315~335)

C1 310 (300~325)

Lower hopper :70 (50~ 90)

Mold (non-enhanced grade)120 (90~140)

Injection speed: medium speed

Injection pressure: medium pressure
